I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of a charming village, nestled at the foot of a majestic mountain range. The location was perfect for me as it allowed easy access to the national park and nearby Ceahlau mountain. The hotel itself offered a range of amenities, including room service, ski equipment hire, and assistance with tours and tickets. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with modern amenities such as heating and a flat-screen TV. I particularly enjoyed the balcony, which provided a lovely place to relax and take in the picturesque surroundings. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

We had an amazing time at this hotel, surrounded by fresh air and natural beauty. the location was perfect to start our hiking adventures, and the friendly staff provided us with all the information we needed. the room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds, and the breakfast spread was delicious with eco food. We enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi bathroom after a long day of hiking. Although there was some mould in the shower, overall cleanliness was good.

The only negative was the double bed being made from two singles.

We loved the location of the hotel, being conveniently close to the mountain trails and enjoying a beautiful view from the balcony. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel facilities were also a plus, including a wet sauna and a small gym. We had a good breakfast at the on premise restaurant and found the staff to be nice and helpful.

The service in the restaurant was slow and the menu could have been more diverse. the elevator was unreliable and the room could have used some maintenance.
